Choosing the right starting point
You do not need to know which evaluation to request. Tell Karrah what you hope to understand and why you are seeking an assessment. She can explain whether the practice’s services fit your needs or whether another type of service would be more appropriate.

Intake conversation
Discuss your history, the questions that brought you here and what you hope to understand.
Assessment appointments
Complete the assessment activities appropriate to your questions, at a pace that works for you.
Feedback conversation
Discuss results, ask questions and consider recommendations. Ask what written report is included.
Confirm the scope, number of appointments, report and fee before scheduling.

Medication and other care
Karrah provides assessment and therapy and does not prescribe medication. If medication is something you want to explore, you can discuss with Karrah how to share relevant information with a prescribing clinician.

Will this provide the documentation I need?
Explain your purpose before booking. Ask what the report can address and check any requirements with the organization requesting documentation.
How much does an evaluation cost?
