Individual Psychotherapy & Brainspotting
Individual psychotherapy offers space to explore the experiences, relationships and demands affecting your life. At Wildflower, the conversation begins with what matters to you, and Brainspotting is one of the approaches Karrah offers.

You do not need a finished explanation
You may have a diagnosis, be exploring neurodivergence or simply know that something feels difficult. You can ask about therapy without first deciding how to describe everything you are experiencing.
A collaborative approach
Work with Karrah to discuss your goals and what you would like to address. Therapy should make room for honest conversations about both your needs and the approaches that feel useful to you.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a therapy approach developed by David Grand. It uses where a person looks to help focus attention on difficult experiences and the body sensations connected with them, while the therapist stays attuned to how the person is responding.
If you are curious about Brainspotting, ask Karrah how it might fit alongside talk therapy and your goals, or whether another approach would suit you better.
Before your first appointment
It helps to ask about:
- Fit for what you are looking for
- Whether Brainspotting is right for you
- Current availability
- Session format and length
- Fees and payment
- Where appointments can take place
If another service would be more appropriate, discuss that before moving forward.
