Getting started

Fees & Getting Started

Knowing what to expect can make reaching out feel more manageable. Before you book, ask about service fit, current availability, fees and the appointment process.

Three steps to begin

  1. Start with an inquiry

Share which service you are considering and any basic questions about scheduling. Use the client portal, not email, for sensitive intake information.

  2. Review the details

Confirm what the service includes, the fee, payment arrangements and anything you will need to prepare. If you need a report for a particular purpose, discuss that before scheduling.

  3. Plan your next step

Once the service and arrangements are clear, follow the practice’s instructions to schedule and complete the required forms.

Fees and payment

Current fees for each service, what they include and when payment is due are confirmed with you before you schedule. Ask about payment options and any documentation you may need for out-of-network benefits.
